I really want this Bianchi and it my size. The problem is this person is so overprice and i think a lot of the parts don't match. How much should i offer?

Maybe bring a scale with you. Tell him you will pay full price minus $50 for every pound over the advertised 18 pound weight.

Sellers who want crazy money for a bike usually aren't willing to negotiate. CL ads are free and they can continue to dream about what their bike is worth for as long as they want. I've seen CL ads locally that pop up every year with the same crazy price.

Haha you too. If you see any sweet local deals on road bikes that you don't want send them my way lol.
I should be picking up a S10-S tomorrow, but am still looking for another since my Peugeot PH11 got stolen from Stoney Creek of all places, and I don't want to be without a bike if I happen to run into bad luck like that again.

Still learning
It's Celeste green in good nick, it is Bianchi, someone will cough up $300 for it. If the air pump is Silca, that is worth $75-$100 by itself gentlemen.

Based on the pics, I would guess that the bicycle has seen very little use. If the seller can/will include the original bars, stem and brake levers, I would not feel too bad paying the asking price, assuming the bicycle were a good fit.

Catalog weight is 22.5lbs I highly suspect the 18lb claim.

It's a really nice bike but I couldn't see paying more than $200 with the current bar setup with accushift and biopeace stuff. I could see $300 maybe even the sellers asking price if it was nicely setup with proper dropbars nicer components that matched and good seat.
