Not much to go by in those pictures. Chromed fork crown and rear stay ends are typical of 1970s, possibly earlier, but six speed freewheel would typically indicate something newer. Stamped dropouts are generally associated with entry level models. Overall, drive side photo, pictures of major components and serial number may help.

I've been looking at lugs like those a lot recently; they look like the ones Dawes used on their Galaxy model (among others). The Dawes catalogs call them "Continental" lugs. This site:
Dawes main
...claims they were made by Haden Bros. Ltd., in Birmingham:
https://www.equusbicycle.com/bike/had.../haden%203.pdf
The Bicycle Info Project :: Haden Components: Frame Lugs, Bottom Brackets, etc. circa early 1980's
Photos look like the Specialist model in the Haden catalog.
Dawes was famous (or infamous) for using stamped steel drop outs, even on their best bike. The drop out in the photo looks a lot like the chromed ones on most Galaxies I've seen, although I've never seen 2 eyelets on a Galaxy.
All the Dawes bikes I've seen with center pull brakes had a distinctive brazed on bracket to hold the cable, that seems to be missing for the photo above.
Goggle "Dawes Galaxy" will yield a lot of pictures you can compare against your bike.
