Looks to be late 70s early 80s. Its value depends on quite a few things, but roughly $500-$1000 is my best guess. Maybe more. I've bought and sold 1000's of vintage road bikes over the years. How'd you find it and for how much? Garage sale $25 find would inspire many people here I'm sure haha.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

Aero seatpost is newer than the original bike and is up too high unless it's an Aero MTB post.
I am not an expert on how this might have been equipped from the factory or if they were only sold as bare frames.
In general a factory-spec'ed date-correct machine will bring a higher price for a given bike condition (G, VG, Exc etc).
The Bianchi Pro's will be along to help, shortly.

With feature like long dropouts, top tube cable clips and clamp style shifters, this bicycle is definitely older than late 1970s. It appears to have the rear dropout with the spring engagement hole and the lugs with integral headset cups. If so, the bicycle is probably 1960s and possibly earlier. It is obviously a frankenbike to a degree but some components may be original and I'd like to see detail pictures of the headset, shift levers, brakeset (which appears to be Universal), front derailleur, crankset, hubs and hub quick release levers.

Thank-you for the additional pictures. The brake calipers are definitely Universal Model 51, which were manufactured 1951-1967. The Bianchi branded 3 piece hubs appear to be FB. This company started manufacturing 3 piece hubs circa 1930. There were numerous versions , including models manufactured for Camapgnolo. They started to lose popularity after 1958, with Campagnolo's introduction of hubs with a one piece, aluminum shell. The associated quick release skewer dates 1958-1977. The Nuovo Gran Sport rear derailleur dates 1974-1985 and has replacement upper and lower pivot bolts. The Record front derailleur came out in 1960. The Cinelli stem is no older than 1978.
As you see, we have a wide range a parts with conflicting timelines. Consequently, we have to look to the frame for clues as to what components may be OEM. We know that Camapgnolo dropped the spring retention hole from the long dropouts in 1974. I haven't seen the lugs with integrated headset cups on any Bianchi after the late 1960s and the ones from the late 1960s typically have a lubrication port on the back of the head tube. The World Championship decal is likely a reference to Coppi's 1953 victory. There's a big market in repainting and redecaling old Bianchi but generating new decals would have been much harder to do prior to 1990. Also, the carrier on the decals is contoured to match the image and has appropriate yellowing. The decal quality is comparable to that on my circa 1960 Legnano. Consequently, I believe those decals are professional and original.
Pending further information, my best semi-educated guess is 1954-1964 and probably from the earlier portion of that timeframe. The only major components that would appear to be OEM are the brakeset and possibly the hubs. I'd suggest removing the locknuts from the hubs and checking the backside for date codes, in an attempt to narrow things down even more. Another component that I would expect to be OEM would be the shift levers and photos of them would be appreciated.

I was able to pull the hub lock nut off the front wheel. Like you said there is a code: CAMP. 9ZX8 (the Z could possibly be a 2). Photo attached. Based on all of the information, do you have a feeling for what year(s) this bike might be from? Also, any idea of a valuation if my wife would decide she wants to sell it and where would be the best place to advertise? Thanks Much!

That is the cone. Numbers indicate the threading size. Take a look at the back of the nut you took off to get to that cone. It should state the last two digits of the year the hubs were made.
Bottom bracket looks to be one of those cartridge types. Finding the original handlebars and stem for it will be challenging.
That's a very nice bike. Older Bianchis are fairly scarce. Your best bet if she wants top dollar for it is ebay. But then you have to factor in disassembly, proper packing, and shipping. I would think in the Bay area that if you posted that on Craig's List, there would be many people who would want it. It needs some "upgrades", to get it back to original. But I wouldn't sell that bike for less than 8 hundred, if it was mine.
