What oval chainring is this?
Hey guys saw this on instagram and I would appreciate knowing more about the brand and performance. Also I think I've seen a modern version on the Internet but I can't remember where. Any information on either would be much appreciated!!

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

There have been several iterations of oval/elliptical chainrings over the years. Not familiar with DRGM. Likely early due to the exaggerated shape.
This ring fits the old T.A. Cyclotourist crankarms and the pantography suggests US, British or maybe Euro origins?
More modern versions include Suntour Ovaltech and Shimano Biopace. Neither are as "oval" but still found little acceptance in the marketplace.
If you are a "masher" who spins the pedals slower then you tend to appreciate these more than a classically-trained "spinner" cyclist.

It looks like it's made for 1/8" chain. DRGM does stand for Deutsches Reich Gebrauchs Muster (German Reich Registered Design), so it may be a pre-WWII, German product.
