Can anyone identify this Bianchi? (grainiest picture ever)

Hello all! I am very new to this forum, I just made my account. I found this vintage bianchi on letgo. The guy is asking 750! Based on possible identification, I'm wondering if I should low ball him or turn and run. Thank you!

My guess is a mid 90's Bianchi San Remo touring bike. Metallic gray with celeste decals in the right places. You can see the canti cable hanger below the stem. You can see the floating straddle cable in back. Right about $1000 new. Might be fair at half his asking price (which I doubt you'll get).

Well...it's a man's frame....and it's too small for whoever is riding it...
Aside from that, I can't see a d@mn thing! Probably a stolen bike.
