It's a really nice frame the chrome and paint look a bit rough. I would say $175 or so with the BB and headset if there both campy and good.

...I have two of these (different years, one early, one much later). One I bought as a complete bike in good condition, but in need of a complete overhaul and (for me) a new set of non tubular wheels. I paid the guy 500 bucks. the other I stumbled upon at a yard sale, good paint and with the majority of the original components, lacking decals. I think that went for 120 bucks.

I'm kinda on the fence about what to pay for just a frame. They were about half the cost of a good Italian bike when new, and if you have some idea of your local prices on those, you can kinda get in the ballpark.

I haven't decided yet on it. Its not going anywhere, he's not an active seller. Are these worth investing any more money into? I need everything for it. I don't know anything about these, are they high quality frames?

...the two I have are roughly the equivalent in geometry and ride of a Columbus frame from Italy of the same era. They were made in Mexico in hopes the lower labor costs would enable them to be sold more cheaply new, and that proved to be the case. But the whole idea of putting together all that Campy record stuff today (if you want to make it similar to original) would not appeal to me.

I guess maybe somebody used it as a donor. Not sure you could resell it for your investment if you don't already have the stuff and have to buy it at today's prices on e-bay. there's one on the SF Bay CL that started at $1,000 and has been there a long time that is now maybe $800. That's still in the neighborhood of what you can buy the original Italians for here, so not so appealing.

The headset and bottom bracket and fetch $150. Pretty regularly.
These frames had variable build quality, as it has made it this far, let's call that good.
The missing seat binder bolt could be expensive to do "correctly" essentially the way Cinelli did it.
$160-180. Which could be taken afront to, but this is a frame that does not really merit big dollars on a build.
I would go Sugino, Suntour or Shimano, Weinmann brakes, stuff from the parts bin, clearances are for standard reach Campagnolo calipers.

Though I kinda like em, I would have to pass. For some reason they don't seem to have atracked a decent following. As for ride quality or build quality, I have done neither. I base my comments on what they seem to sell for, if they sell at all.
