The frame isn't in amazing shape. Pretty rough really paint wise but structurally sound. I was just wondering a range of values. It would include seat post and brakes.
Love to know what you guys think.

Well I was just thinking the frameset not the whole bike. Contemplating buying a space horse and I'll need to thin the herd. I just want to keep some room in my breeze way.

With the slightly rough paint with brakes seat post and likely headset $125-150 would allow you to build up the bike and not be upside down on the build if you really like it.

Are you looking for a new touring bike? The Space Horse is a fine bike but it's not really designed for full on loaded touring. It would certainly work (it takes pretty fat tires) as a touring bike though and it is likely to be a better everyday rider than a touring bike.

This is a pretty sweet lightweight bike that can take reasonably fat tires.

As far as a Vintage Touring Bike goes it would be hard to beat a Miyata 1000.
