Specialized Hard Rock value

I found this older specialized hard rock on cl . The seller wants $85 . Is this reasonable or to much?

If it fits, that's a very reasonable price. The bike is clean. You certainly don't expect a free bike, right? These are fine all around machines and make fine commuters, grocery getters, and gravel grinders.

Yes, it is a small frame. I have a Hardrock in that size (leftover from when my son was small) and I ride it ok with the original seat post pulled up a good bit but still not quite up to the minimum insertion mark. I'm 5'7". If I were any taller than that, it might need a longer post. Or a new home. I don't worry about the small frame much because that is the fashion in MTB's nowdays - small frame with slanted top tube and long seat post.
