Some more information would help but it looks like a Columbus CroMor frameset with a '87ish Shipmano 105 group. Do you have other pics? It lok slike the decals are entact so a better pic may reveal the manufacturer

Research shows it's a smaller Belgian brand. I can't find anything about their bikes from this era, but you can't go terribly wrong on it for $70.

I don't think it's Cromor but a look-alike decal. Componets are lower end than new 105 and slightly more modern. Appears to be ealry 1990s, entry level.

IMO price is high, given that you'd need 700C wheels and tires, pedals, handlebar, stem, saddle, brake levers, shift levers and cables. Maybe OK if you already had a stash of these parts but otherwise pass.

My understanding is that Cromor tubesets have down and seat tubes that are larger than the top tube. Does anyone know if other companies made tubes with the same specs or were the Cromor specs unique? Thanks!

Cromor down and seat tubes are NOT larger outer diameter than a standard imperial down and seat tube. However, Cromor does have a thicker down tube and stays than Columbus SL, to which Cromor is often compared. This may have been what the author meant. Alternately, it may have been a reference to the oversize version of the ATB oriented Cromor OR (Off Road) tubeset.
