Schwinn Spitfire Bike
Hello,
My FIL asked me to help him sell this bike on Craigslist. Really the blind leading the blind here as I know nothing about bikes other than that Schwinn is a decent brand.
This bike is smaller, like a juniors or BMX bike. I google image searched "schwinn spitfire" , "schwinn flames" "schwinn kids bike" etc for about an hour and couldn't find anything like it.
Any assistance would be much appreciated. It does have some rusting on the handle bar frame. My FIL doesn't want much for it, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't rare or anything before listing it.
Thank you!

Typical cheapie Walmart bike. Its not a good one. Schwinn went bankrupt decades ago and brand has been bought and used on cheap bikes. Around here, if you could get $25 for it, you did very well. Myself, I donate bikes like this as the time spent selling isn't worth it.

Are those 16" or 18" wheels? Either wqay I agree it is a basic kids trainer bike hence the coaster and hand brakes. Ask $35-40 take what someone offers
