Fuji

Local sale for $130 Canadian or $100 US

All it says is:

"A Fuji Racing Bike in great condition is for sale. Barely used.
$130 OBO.

XL Frame"

I hate seeing bikes sized as "L, or XL" because that is open to so much interpretation and I prefer numbers like 25 inches of 62cm.

.Looks like a nice bike to go look at, any thoughts?

Looks to be a very good deal on a basic modern raodbike. For a modern bike it is in the big side so you would likely need to be 6'2" or so to comfortably ride it.

The derailleurs and brifters appear to be Shimano Sora.

I would be all over that. I ride 25 inch frames and I do agree with you that it would be nice if the sellers could list that. A novice would not know how to measure a frame. So if they think it is for a big person they put large as a throw away description. I usually can tell now in pictures if a frame is 25 inch versus 23 or even 27. There was a time I did not and I had the audacity once to ask a seller of a LeTour what the size was cause I did not want to drive 80 miles round trip to find out it was too small. I gave him simple instructions how to measure it. He came back with a snotty. "You need a bike shop buddy!". Needless to say I did not buy from that wonderful man....

Go over it thoroughly for major defects. That is a really, really great price if the bike is in decent shape. Probably $225 or $250 at least in most markets.

I wouldn't be too hard on the seller over the sizing. As C&V enthusiasts, we're used to frame sizes being specified in centimetres or inches. However, this a relatively modern model from this century and many manufacturers have decreased the size offerings and now spec them as S, M, L & XL. The seller may simply be reiterating what was stated in the literature or what is stated on the frame.
