That would be a Mirage. Look here to use the components to narrow the date down.

Mirages were lower end models, so value is probably in the $100-$175 range depending on condition, location, etc.

The Mirage Sport (mine is a 1981) is an upgrade from the Mirage. It has the low end frame of the Mirage, but the seatpost, rims, stem, handlebars, etc., are aluminum instead of steel. Brakes are Weinmann sidepulls, all aluminum. The brake levers on mine are drilled as well. Considering that the frame is basically gas pipe, it's a pretty light bike. Mine weighs 24 lbs with a leather saddle, closer to 23 with the stock one.

Frame on your bike is likely 2040, "Inexternal" brazed (no lugs), and therefore should be the same weight as mine or lighter. Hope you enjoy your Moto as much as I do mine! Happy riding!

+1 $150 +/-. Any decals on the frame as to its construction? No decals usually means high tension steel, which pushes value down. Any cromoly frame would push value up a bit.

If you look on the back side of components (like the derailleurs), you will find date codes. You can look them up on the link provided by Blankcrows above.
