Try again with the photo(s). There isn't much info on the Maruishi brand available. The 1984 catalog I have has a TA-18 model with double-butted Ishiwata seamless Cro-Mo tubing in Royal blue or Gun Metal paint schemes, and a lesser model TA-15 with Tange Cro-Mo double-butted tubing in Burgundy or Teal Blue paint. If your bike is in decent shape it should be a keeper if it fits you.
Go to this page to date the components for vintage.
Value is always subjective and depends on a lot of variables, but a good touring rig in nice shape is typically worth a couple hundred bones in most areas.
