Bridgestone 400 road bike?

I'm looking for a decent 80's Japanese road bike and found this:

Bridgestone 400

Talked the guy down to $190, what do you all think????

"Beautiful and clean this bike will rock a century with hills or a zip around the neighborhood. Could easily be converted to a fixie or you can add a third chainring and have 18 instead of 12 speeds...4130 triple butted cro moly steel.
I also have a brand new bike rack currently installed (TransIt, performance bikes, $20+)

Matrix safari rims and heliomatic hubs
Sakae CR cranks and suntour ARX components.
All in tuned and road ready order.
Email with questions or forspecific pics and thank you! "

Double check that front fork with a straight edge, it might be tweaked just a tad. If so, then look for any paint failure or rippling on the top tube and down tube, near the head tube lug.

If fork is not bent, its a decent price. Bridgestones get quite a bit of respect. If fork is slightly bent with no other frame damage, I would be looking for a discount. If there is any other frame damage, I would pass.

Here's a typical straight edge test (using a four foot level). Straight edge goes through the middle of the stem, continues down the head tube, goes through the center of the fork crown, to the ground. the fork below is not bent.
