So this guy selling bikes on craigs list has this frame that he mentioned to me in an email. I normally ride 50cm to 52cm, this is a 53cm, but this bike looks pretty awesome.

What's a fair price for a frame set like that? I saw one on another forum seemingly around the same condition for about 180 dollars, but who knows if that's typical or not.

Depends on in person inspection, as I can see some botched touch up paint for sure. $180 is not too far off.
