Austro Daimler- Model and worth info...

I have an Austro Daimler. Model is unknown but from what Ive seen it looks similar to the SLE model. The frame is pretty bare as far as stickers or writing except for the headbadge. Does anyone have the scoop on this bike? Tubing material? Worth after it has been completely gone through? Thanks

-Shimano 600 rear derailleur
-Shimano stamped dropouts with adjusters
-Weinmann side pill brakes and levers
-Sakae bars
-Rigida alloy wheels(700c)
-Nervar cranks

Is paint original? I am assuming it is not. In my area, $175 if paint is not original, with original paint and decals, $225. Part of the desired "look" of a vintage bike is the decals and paint. AD had some really good looking decals.

Are those chain rings on the wrong side of the crank arm?

The chain rings seem to be on the correct side. The bike rides and shifts smoothly. The paint seems to be original but I'm not sure. There is some gold detailing on the seat & head tubes, but it looks like it could have possibly been done by hand. The rest of the decals seem to have been rubbed or polished off. I don't know for sure though.
