Post full size pictures, its all about condition. Size matters as well. XL and L frame size bikes sell at a discount, XS and S frame size bikes sell at a premium. In nice condition, it will have good value. One thing that holds it back a little is the brand. Novice buyers are attracted to just a few brands. Less popular brands just don't get the respect they deserve.

Are you going to ride it? Then it might be an ok deal but as a flip probably not. Are you looking for a flat bar bike? If I am looking at the same ad as you that is what it has.
Sounds like this bike has had a bunch of mods so it could be a Frankenbike and if not done well possibly a mess. It would not interest me at all but YMMV.

If it was in original configuration, and in ready to ride condition, $100 would be a nice deal. But if it is highly modified, unless you LIKE all of the mods, it is a bad deal. Putting a bike back to its original configuration can be expensive (I've done it several times, but I have a stash of parts in hand).
As a flip? $100 is too high.

I've got a 1983 SR Semi Pro that's been collecting dust far too long. Still with the original paint; new: cable housings, hoods and bar tape. Shimano 600 all around - it served me well in the early days of triathlons, but belongs to someone who can use it... any ideas what I should ask for this? I'm gonna post it to Craiglist.
