Pair of Schwinn LeTour Luxes
Seller asking $50 each for two Schwinn LeTour Luxes -- too much or a bargain? The 1984 LeTour Luxe had Columbus 4130 Chromoly double-butted tubing, alloy wheels, Maillard hubs.

<sigh> You are so right. They are indeed long gone. The ad was posted 4:30 p.m. yesterday, and I didn't see it until past 11:00 last night, too late to phone. I called this morning, the seller said a man picked them both up last night. Argh, argh, argh. I have never heard of LeTour Luxe before I saw this ad, and even then, I had to use magnification on the photo to get the model name because the seller didn't indicate anything more than "Schwinn". Only after looking up the name on the trfindley.com Schwinn catalogs did I learn what those were.
