Fuji Absolute for 125--good buy?

I'm a newbie looking for my first road bike. found this on CL and was wondering if it was worth it.

He's asking $125 for this Fuji (Absolute?), 21in frame

"FROM FUJI, LIGHT WEIGHT,
FITS 5'5" AND UP.

This is quite a bit smaller than the Miyata you were asking about. The first thing you need to do, is determine what size you are comfortable riding.
