Raleigh needs a date

Hi, this is a bit of a tricky one. Need some keen eyes more than anything, or someone that may have seen something like this stamped on the bottom of a Raleigh serial (on the BB).

I know it's from 1974-1980's (starts with WC), but I love the actual date number. It looks like the number has a K planted sideways across it.
My best guess is a 7 that has been kind of half stamped. Any ideas?

Worksop, February 1980. I don't think that's anything between the C and the zero.

Hey, thanks for the reply... turns out it's a 1974, or at least it has to be because it can't be a 1973 with the WC at the front.
it's my dad's old bike i found tucked away in the garage and apparently he got it when he was 16/17; 37 years ago.
Whatever happened to the middle number I don't know, but the workshop Raleighs have 6 numbers at the end (so the 0 isn't the year).

Perhaps the first run of these 1974-1980 Raleighs weren't stamped right, or maybe this one just got into a fight with the stamping machine (there are other numbers stamped on the frame in various places - maybe this was for construction guidelines?)

A 74 International I'm almost certain. Wish it was the track model!
