Value of Fujita Professional leather saddle.

I just picked up two Fujita Professional saddles. They are both in good shape (though one is a little better) with no cracks or rips whatsoever. Leather is firm but not dry at all. They look almost exactly like my Brooks Pro and the leather is just as thick. They also each have copper rivets.

I will probably keep at least one of them since they are so similar to the Brooks Pro which I have on both of my daily riders but I would like some estimates of value.

So, any idea what these are worth? Ebay completed listings were no help.

(no rust on the frame or rails, just some dust and grime)

Alex, I find they go for, on average, about the same price as Brooks Pros in equal condition. I've seen them go higher and I've seen them go lower. They don't show up often but the buyers market is much smaller which can affect the selling price.

Nice saddles,

Scott

I have a totally broken in one from the early 80's (wanna trade? ) that I still ride.

In terms of quality, these are in no way inferior to Brookses, and as stated above, value is basically the same as a Brooks pro in similar condition. The important consideration, however, is that the buyer pool is smaller and more desperate. Get two of those guys bidding and the price goes through the roof.
