Meguiars Scratch x test

I thought i would give this stuff a try. I had an area on the bike where I removed a sticker revealing the original luster of the paint.I wanted to see if i could try a product that in hopes of getting the rest of the paint to match the protected paint underneath the sticker. It didnt do much as to restore the saturation of the paint, but it did make it look a lot more shinier. It also seems to take off some of the paint too. I think i m going to try some sort of wax next and maybe post some more pics. I may be expecting too much from any product and might just have to live with the contrast of paint that was left. Any suggestions?

The second one is after the scratch x the third one is before it
