I am not a Peugeot expert but I don't think this one was made in Italy. it was regular dropdar style bike at one time but was switched to these upright bars. I think $180 may be a bit high for it

From the CL posting,
1984 Peugeot PH11 Road Bike. In great condition for a 27 year old bike. Everything works. Bike is very clean. New riser bars, grips, tires, cables, and chain. Pictured saddle is not included but will be replaced with a vintage black vinyl saddle, Made in Italy. Pictured pedals will be replaced with your choice of flats, cages, or clips(does not include cleats), out of my selection pictured below. Pictured bottle cage will be replaced with a standard black aluminum bottle cage. Would make someone a nice city bike. Easy conversion to single speed.

Bianchis '87 Sport SX, '90 Proto, '90 Campione del Fausto Giamondi Specialisma Italiano Mundo, '91 Boarala 'cross, '93 Project 3, '86 Volpe, '97 Ti Megatube, , '90 something Vento 603,

Others but still loved,; '80 RIGI, '80 Batavus Professional, '87 Cornelo, '09 Motobecane SOLD, '?? Jane Doe (still on the drawing board), '90ish Haro Escape

With the proper handlebars it's an easy $180.00 bike in my market, those things ride beautifully.
