Beautiful early 80s Kuwahara road bike, original parts. What do you think?
I just bought this bike for a good price, and today a bike mechanic told me I could sell it for much more on eBay in its current state. What do you think?

I think it's a very nice bike. I have a Kuwahara road bike also. Mine is nowhere near as nice or original as yours. I can't help you with a value. I bought mine as a basket case and built it up. I do know it is a great riding bike. Mine is a Pulsar model.

Thanks for the reply. I do agree that it's an excellent ride. If it were worth something and I sold it, it would be hard to see it go.

It's a nice bike. It is a larger frame which can limit the market slightly. I would expect it would bring $100 as is and $150+ if properly lubed and tuned. It's won't command the intest of a Trek or similar high profile brand. These Japanese 12 speeds ar under appreciated.
