Does "quick release" mean it comes with a wrench. Because that looks like threads and nuts to me. Add to the the crank, and what almost certainly is steel hubs and handlebars, and yea, $50 might be OK for a bang around bike.

EXCEPT - he adds this little line in his listing - "Buyer to pay shipping". And $27 to ship a bike? Maybe across town. I would verify the shipping. I suspect he used the stock calculator, which never works. And after you buy, he'll hit you up with something closer to $100. It is a heavy bike.

And I think you could do much better for $150+.
