My First Celeste!: Help with Model and How Did I Do?
Although I'm gaining a reputation for being a flipper (thanks Auchen 
), I enjoy collecting and restoring bikes. When a keeper presents itself, it enters the collection. I've been wanting a Bianchi, and thankfully an opportunity presented itself. For $250, I am now the proud owner of Bianchi craftmanship!
First, I need help identifying the model and year. (Bianchigirl was helpful earlier this week, and her help would be appreciated again with better pictures.) Even if you are not Bianchigirl, your help is appreciated! Can you help me with model and year?
Secondly, I'm not asking for value (if you want to give it--its all good!), but how did I do for $250? I suspect that I paid nearly what it is worth in its present condition. The components do not appear high end and many need replacing, but how did I do for $250?

You beat me to it.
I am not an expert by any stretch but I think so too, based on what I could find on "Tubi Rinnorzati Formula Two Bianchi" - (Columbus made tubing to Bianchi's specification.)
Suntour Sprint puts it above the Cyclone on my CdI.
The "Campione del Mundo 1986-7" puts it in the right time frame based on what I was told about my own Bianchi.
PS - Bikemanbob - Unfortunately this bike is only worth $13 - but being the generous soul, I'll give you the $50 I saved on the Raleigh today.

Only two bikes I know of with that color scheme, and that is no X-4 (brake bridge gives that away).

Yes that would be correct, and you did IMHO real good for $250 I paid a it more for mine. that is the Argentin Celeste paint scheme. the Formula 2 tubing rides pretty well.

your welcome but Tugurl got it right first. 2 tips, be very careful removing those cranks. clean the threads real good and use some penetrating oil on the tapers. next ditch those brake pads. get some black Campi blocks and trim them to fit. I used the red ones but they squeal too much.

After Photographs
Although I'm done at the moment, it is not finished. Rather than spend additional money, I used what I had available. Eventually, I would like to replace the seat and seat post with more appropriate ones (the original saddle had too much damage). Also, I would like to find hoods. I'm going to ride it for now and make changes when appropriate.
I did have to replace the front chainrings, but the chain and freewheel are the same. The bike was disassembled, cleaned, serviced, and rebuilt. Overall, I am very pleased.
