Peugeot Men's Bike

So you'll notice that there aren't many details about the bike in the title. That's because I don't have many! I'm hoping someone on here can help me out. All I know is that it's Peugeot, it's Green, and according to the seller it's a 63cm frame even though it fit her 5'8''-5'9'' son. It's old, has some wear and tear on the paint job. It definitely needs work, she says the chain slips and it probably need new tires. I can pick it up for $90, though, probably less. Here are the pics:

What do you all think? Good enough frame to warrant fixing it up?

1. No way is it a 63cm frame.

2. Looks like a 1970s UO8 to me, and one that needs work. Price too high for an entry level, cottered crank, french bike with steel rims. Pass.

Thrifty Bill is as knowledgeable as the come. If he says pass, I would do it.

Cool. Thanks for the advice. I was thinking it was too fishy to be a fixer-upper.
