ID THIS 1907 BICYCLE... Win a prize!

Ok..
I have but this picture. I am narrowing down what I believe to be the make and model of the bike, however, I would like to see what the Bike Forum gang can come up with.

The facts.
Est. Manufacture date. 1907
Bought in December, 1907 in Eastern Pennsylvania
CLUES:
Crank-set. Handlebars. Seat / post. Head badge. Rear Coaster Hub.

The person that correctly ID's this bicycle will be honored with special recognition and a prize to be named later. It will not be a real expensive prize so calm down.

Thanks! May the Wind be with you.
