I am not familiar with the brand, and do not know your market at all but I would never advise someone to spend $200 on that.

judging from the crank and the nonQR nutted brakes it is either a lowend model or since it has a RD hanger and midlevel bike rebuilt from spare parts.

Based on the verbage in the ad, the guy recently refurbed it. One look at the brake cable routing and I say the mechanic needs to find a new day job. It is usually a safe bet if a mechanic messes up what you can see, then he messed up what you can't see.

+1 That is a really crap crank, straight out of the parts bin.

That reflective tape is going to be a PITA to remove.

Pass.

Fiori was a brand owned by Norco that tried to cash in on the Italian craze back in the '80s by selling cheap bikes with an Italian sounding name. They generally made good bikes and even some very nice high end models that were on par with some of the best stuff of the time. I think that this one is in okay-ish shape but, if he is willing to take your $200, I would think that perhaps he might also be willing to take $150. It could make a pretty good commuter as it has eyelets for fenders and a rack.

Thanks all!Jet sanchEz you are right i think he is willing to go as low as 140. However I just found a bianchi road bike for 80 dollars. This sounds like a deal to me as i mostly want it as a commuter bike and maybe for some weekend biking. Feel free to give opinions on that thread too! thanks so much this forum is AMAZING.
