Is the brand on the frame SR? If so, a lot of those are pretty nice, depending on the model. Post some pictures!

There was a guy with a 23" SR road bike in the Kansas City area selling it for around $100.00
It had nice paint and decent components, but it was very heavy. I loved the looks of it, but passed.

I had a SR "Campus Sport." Lower end components but it did have a Cr-mo frame. It would sell in my area for around $100.
