Fuji Sagres Valite
I'm a newb at this stuff...pretty much know nothing so thanks in advance if you can give me a quote.
I'm thinking of offering $150-$175 for this. Does that sound reasonable?

Welcome to the forum, JBlaze!
My initial reaction is that you can do better for the price (even for $150).
What type of riding are you planning on doing? (commuting? Mileage per week?)
Without knowing the condition of the bike, and while it looks like there have been some upgrades (aero levers), if I were to buy it, I'd want to repack the bottom bracket, the headset, and probably the wheels, too. I'd want to make sure that the tires were rideable, given that you'd likely spend $20/tire (the cheap tires are $8-$10, but they are much less puncture resistant). I'd lose the seat cover, which might mean that the seat is torn, and probably retape the bars (not so sure about that tape). The wheels need to be true and relatively flawless because you can (will?) easily spend the same amount for replacement wheels. If you have a buddy who has tools, spare parts (including tires), and some know-how that would be helpful.
This is a mid-80s bike, and while it has been reasonably well maintained, I strongly recommend reading Randy's website on how to find a used "10 speed":
https://www.mytenspeeds.com/My_TenSpe...ITE_1_HOME.htm
You can read more on Classic Fuji's at https://www.classicfuji.com/, and see that this is about a 1986 Sagres.
We're not out of garage sale season, and you might just find something this weekend that is equivalent quality for maybe 1/10th the price.

While I have scored quite a few bikes at garage sales, its really hit or miss (mainly miss), and when I do find a decent bike its almost never my size.
IF you can get that bike for $150, that would be a good score, assuming it is in good shape and ready to ride. Around here, in pristine condition, it would bring $200.

IMO, their asking price is ridiculous for one in need of service and with that awful saddle.
I sold the one below - with the stem shifters, for $160. It was completely road ready and was really a very nice ride.
I would not pay $150 for a project, but that depends a little bit on your market, and whether you can do the work yourself.

lol i have the same exact bike.
for the record, it is a fantastic ride and if you get it you wouldnt be dissapointed.
that said, the price does seem a bit steep. i paid $100 for mine, but i also had to get new drop bars and brakes for it (it was set up as a hybrid)
EDIT: and for the record, its not a very lightweight bike. mine is bout 27 lbs lol

I assume Philly market is pretty decent, better than here. If not, value would be down.
