Phillips 28" Pre Raleigh
What do you think this bicycle is worth please? It has PHIIPS on the sprocket and it has these 28" wheels which I am finding very difficult to find any information about.

Here in Brasil we find a lot of these bicycles but no information too. It is a Phillips.
