Welcome to the Bike Forums.
You have at least one nice bicycle there, however; they are very different sizes. If the bikes are for you, you need to consider how well they fit you.
Also, replacing stickers and/or paint on a vintage road bicycle might not be a very good idea. In fact, it might be a very bad idea. You might want to have a look through Should I Paint My Bicycle? before you cost yourself a lot of money. Once again, welcome to the Bike Forums and keep us posted with the results of your builds.
You can still build up a Single Speed, or a Fixed Gear, without destroying the original paint/art, which almost always adds value to a vintage road bike.

try ebay - there are several vendors who list decals regularly. if they don't have the exact ones, ask the vendor as they often have product not listed or can get it.
as for this forum, when you ask a simple question expect all kinds of answers not relating to the inquiry (see reply below which has no relevance to your question).

The Atala is actually the nicer of the two bikes so I would certainly try and keep that one as original as possible. You may want to try cleaning and tuning the Atala and try and selling it and just buying a real fixed gear/Single Speed.
