1948 Raleigh Dawn Tourist 12L Ladies?? Rod Brakes, Dynohub, Gear Case

Can anyone please verify for me that I've identified this piece correctly as being a 1948 Dawn Tourist model 12L by Raleigh, and possibly put a value and/or offer on it? SERIAL # AK134x5 (located on the side of the seatpost lug). Color is Black with Red Pinstripes (and some chrome hiding under the grime that it's collected over the years in storage. The Nottingham headbadge appears to be Stainless. Features the enclosed Gear Case, Rod controlled rim brakes, Sturmey Archer 3 speed AW hub (no date/numbers on it at all), and a front Dynohub (with GH6 4612 on inside) for the headlight & taillight, Pump mount hooks on the top of the down tube, Raleigh original 40 spoke rear wheel and 32 spoke front wheel, both with same Reg #. The only that missing is the Trigger Control shifter and the Brooks B.66 Butt Leather saddle & the tire inflator.
Thanks in advance for any help!
