Help appraising Bianchi - 1986-1987 Champione?

I know virtually nothing about Bianchi and little about road bikes in general. I am thinking about purchasing this bike for $260. It seems to be in great condition. Is this a fair deal? I am aware that the model is not what the seller claims it to be on the ad and it's just a sticker. What model is it?

It is not a Champione. I suspect the model decal has worn/fallen off or taken off. The seller is simply identifying the bike by a sticker placed on the bike to commerate a Bianchi being ridden to victory in the '86 world championships. The seller is also confused about the size as this bike looks closer to a 23" or 58/9 than a 54/56

There is not much to go one for an ID but from what look like DiaCompe brake lever and the absence of of what no QR on the brakes make it look like a lower end model like a Strada but I need more better pics.

The black paint and white decals do look odd for that period.

Looks like low end Shimano Light Action derailleur, low end basic Shimano brakes as well. No thanks.

Pass.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.
