Just bought awesome 1979 Schwinn Twinn T13-5 Sky Blue 5-speed, tips/hints/advice?

Bike was in great original condition, just needs rear brake cable tightened/replaced and gears tuned a bit in the 4th/5th range really, first 3 fine, I believe it was not dropping into 5th is all.
Chrome is great for being by the ocean, tires fairly new, wheels/spokes, paint fenders, chain guard, reflectors original and great, really above average, even came with box of parts! 2 extra Schwinn padded seats(originals were on it! bit uncomfortable, worn, but covers good, old springs tho ;-) ), the 2 original rear view handlebar mirrors! and odometer!, among others etc.
Took to local shop, used be Schwinn, now does all bikes, new owner, the service guys and customers in line oo'd and aah'd. :D
Service tech marveled at condition, said one of the best he's seen, no rust bucket here.
Asked for the basic $100.00 service(brakes, hub, gears, tires etc and anything else it need. Guy wanted budget for other stuff.
Said no budget!, think only another hundred or two max, as they will change front seat for me(did rear myself, but needed help with front), install 2nd original mirror, adjust fenders and tighten up, maybe replace brake cable and check everything in general.
Great condition, just tired and needed a refresh, nothing more serious than general maintenance that had not been done recently.
Honest shop; said that was plenty, maybe less, just wanted see how far I would go, as any good tech would ask.
Seem reasonable?
Purchase price: Wanted $750, got him to $650, so with my sentimental wallet because it reminds me of high school and college, DEAL!
The old odometer had like 800 miles on it, I believe it was used on motor home vacations and around the beach here on July 4th etc.
Lotsa life left in this guy.
Have had comments when riding prior to taking it in, guess I need a good lock or 2!
Accepting any and all advice and tips on anything!
Last new bicycle I purchased was an all Campy Atala in the early 70's! (tho given/rode general mountain bikes and cruisers):thumb:
