'83 Raleigh Super Course - value?

I spotted a Super Course for sale nearby. It's a Japanese made Raleigh (555sl tubing), my size, very good condition, and appears to be all original except for the rear DR (Shimano instead of Suntour). Seller wants $300, but my gut tells me a Japanese Super Course should be more like $200-$225. What do you think?
