Specialized Sirrus Triple Model
 

Hey guys I'm new to the forum. I have been lurking in the background reading and doing some research and finally decided time sign up and ask a question.

I want to purchase a bike that will mainly be used for commuting and occasional fitness rides. I saw this Specialized on craigslist. From what I've read it seems that is fairly overpriced. So I thought I'd post get here and get your opinions.

Pics don't really allow any way to tell much. My guess is it may be a bit overpriced but not much. Need to know what the components are, and perhaps other posters know about the Sirrus model line fame materials and such. Also its a big bike for a tall or long legged rider. In sort not enough information, but likely decent.
Also, the concept of over priced is a vague one. If you are buying a bike to ride, and like it its value is higher than if you want to refurbish and sell. In your case you are looking for a rider bike, and may be willing to pay more than somebody looking to flip or sell for a profit.

It is overpriced. $300 fully refurbished and in nice condition. $150 as is
