We will need better pictures. That looks better than most of the BCAs I have seen; they did make a range of bikes. US Company based in Allentown, PA. Any info on parts and tubing would help in determining value. Not really "super rare" or even "rare," but that is at best semantical quibbling.

I'd get $125-150 out of that after a full overhaul (new cables, new brake pads, & fresh grease). As it sits, you MIGHT find someone willing to pay 100, but 60-80 would probably be more fair.

It's a lowish end 80's bike, note the simple seat clamp and lack of rear QR. 80-100 seems reasonable to me also.
