How much is my old Bianchi worth and do you have any tips on caring for it?

Hey everybody!! I'm trying to figure out how much this bike I have is worth. I'm not sure of the year, but I think it's older. It is in great condition, but I know little about it. I attached a couple photos to help figure it out. Let me know if there is other info I can provide to help! Thank you!

Hello, Sunsurfr!

I'm no bianchi expert, but that's a good, Italian made one. You can tell by the 'columbus' tubing decals on the fork and seat tube. What model does it say it is on the top tube?

As for caring for it, this site has nearly all the info you could want: Sheldon Brown-Bicycle Technical Information
It's very web 1.0 but is a great encyclopedia of all things bicycle.

It looks like an '86ish Limited festooned with shimano 600, but perhaps the OP can tell us more about the bike later.

Not leaving it locked up in the street is a good start to taking care of it.

Maybe Sunsurfr is actually trying to determine whether it would be profitable to buy some cheap cable cutters?
