Columbia Tourist Expert III
I'm looking at this 1970's Columbia Tourist Expert on Craigslist and it seems to me like the price is a little high. Here's a link to the ad:
(Decided not to buy the bike)
Would a $100 offer be reasonable? What do you think it's worth?

I imagine with new tires, or other fresh parts $100 might not be out of the question. But if it's an old bike that needs attention - like above $30 is pretty much top dollar for this brand/model.
