Hello Evets27, welcome to the forum. Nice looking bike and while some of the members here are unbelievably good at identifying bikes you need to help us a little. All we can get from the pic is a blue bike with Simplex? rear derailleur and shifters and high flange front hub.
Can you give us more information to help you? What kind of components are on it, any idea on the threading of the bottom bracket or headset? Is there any writing on the dropouts or anywhere on the frame? Can you post some good pics of the lugs and dropouts, specifically the right one so we can see how the derailleur mounts.
Since there seems to little to no brazeons but the dropouts look short I am thinking later '70s and maybe leaning to French because of what looks like Simplex derailleur

Hi Bianchigirl,
i wish i could....but this is all i have. The picture is from the internet whe the owner is selling the bike.
My first thought was: This could be a Peugeot, due to the simplex....
But i think i'm gonna call him and have a look at the bike...for about 60 $,

Its worth more than 60, looks like a stronglight crank, I think french, Late 70's or early 80's.
