I'd agree, 150 would probably be on the high end of what it could potentially sell for. I'd put that one at more like $75-100 due to the ugly colors and mountain bike tires.
Ever go in to a ReTagit and look at some of their bikes? Verrrry sketchy. Some of the stuff they sell as "ready to ride" is downright scary. They claim to have a mechanic look them over, but if that's true, their mechanic must have no idea what he's doing. Same with Deal Breakers.
