Help with french or german bike.

Hello everyone, I have this bike but I donīt have a clue about the brand or the country where it came from. If anyone know which brand it is please help me

Mon Dieu, what a horrible paint job...

Strip the spray can job off and then you might know what you're looking at. Do you have access to a caliper? Figuring out what you've got would be much easier with some measurements.

Fork is severely bent, indicating the bike has been crashed. Also, it has the dreaded Shimano FFS freewheel system. It could be a Schwinn or Panasonic bike.

I'd take the wheelset from the bike and ditch the frame.

It could be a Maginot Special but yeah I agree the fork is useless. Take the wheels, fenders and few other part and put the frame in the scrap/recycling bin.
