As the resident "Sekai Expert" I'm going to say no.. that's a bottom of the barrel and didn't even sell for that much new.

I didn't pay much more than that for my 4000. I agree with Thrifty Bill $50 - $75 tops.

I would say around $75 tops also this is a low end Japanese 3speed by a company not known for 3speeds.
