1962 Blue P14

Belongs to a good friend. I'd like to make him a fair offer.
Bike is all original and comes with No Record high flange rims plus a set of open pro / phil wood wheels.
Only non original parts are the saddle and the chainring.
Also, there are two tiny holes on both sides of the AS on the stem. What belongs there?
Thx.

Wow, just wow. Scooper can give a good valuation I'm sure, but I wouldn't sell for less than $1,200.00 if it were mine.

I wonder if the holes were aftermarket to place a clip for a stopwatch or similar.

The holes are for the rivets that held the brass "Cinelli" crest on that Cinelli track stem. $1500 due to the almost-all-original condition, IMHO.

Found a pic. I hadn't seen these before, obviously.

I sold my old white '74 for $1500+ a few years back.
