Check the serial number. What's 250 pounds in real money? $386 U.S. dollars? I think that's borderline expensive depending on the overall condition. The extra parts are nice to have, Campy high flange hubs are $100 U.S. (89 Euro) (65 pound)

The only braze on (which does not really count ) is the tear mech hanger. At what age did Shwinn start putting shifter and front mech braze ons on?

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

Currently going for $289 - $375 on the Bay as bare frames (including some repainted) so with the wheels this is at or under market value.
If I had the $ I'd go for it, always wanted an older Paramount.

The Nervex lugs appear to be the appropriate ones. Rims OTOH are not period-correct, assuming they're clincher types (70s era Paramounts used tubulars). Considering that those bikes/frames command (and commanded, back in the day) a premium, the price doesn't seem that far out of line. Paramounts are far more common here in the USA than in Europe.
