Maurice Garin's race bicycle replica
Hello
Does anyone know where to buy this kind of bicycle?

(Maurice Garin's "La Francaise" model year 1903)

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

Maybe try something similar like:
[h=1]William Read & Sons "New Mail" skiptooth antique[/h]
It was as close as I could find. Seems to be looking to sell...

Keep reaching out to groups, just like this one, expressing your interest in what you seek. Including good quality pictures will prove useful, in your search. Do not count Ebay out of the game - patience/perseverance will become your allies. You might also start listing what you want on Craigslist (and similar buy/sell sites), and do so in different cities. You will, most likely need a facilitator for this method.
And your search might go on for a long time, as it has for me in my quest to find a CCM Flyer...
...for a price that I can afford. However, hope will maintain your vigilance and, every now and again, something, of interest might, and likely will, crop up..,

...perhaps creating a new interest, that will suffice, for the time being, while your initial quest remains active.
Other than that, that is about all I have to say about that, for now. Good luck with your quest and welcome to the Bike Forums. In closing, ensure that you are aware of the N+1 hazard associated with the interest in vintage bicycles!-)
