Yes I would say that frame fork isn't right. Seems to have a odd bend like it is twisted slightly. Also it looks like the alignment on both wheels could be off by a bit. Too bad though almost all the value is in the frame set between this and the not so great SS conversion, I'm looking at ounce really nice bike that is effectively toast.
