vintage italia turbo seat 1987 teal
Got a vintage italia turbo seat from 1987 in teal. This seat came on a bike I bought from a friend while back, but it's never been a perfect fit for me, so I'm thinking of selling it to get something else. It's teal and it's got a couple of scratches and some discoloration of the leather, but isn't in bad condition overall. I know these used to be in demand, but not sure how the market's changed on them since they were re-released. Thought's on what a decent asking price is?

Need photos. You can search ebay for completed sales or auctions. You will get top dollar for pristine saddles, yours doesn't sound pristine.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

With the number of miles on it, color becomes less pronounced and less a collector's focus. The Bay sold similar ones to yours between $13-27, with one much more like new than yours selling for $40. Sorry...

Considering you can get a brand new one for <$40 (albeit not in teal), I think you made a good trade
